Choose the right mattress for your Babybay bedside crib.

A good mattress should be temperature-regulating, moisture-absorbent and have high air circulation. Read briefly about the differences between our Babybay mattresses below.

• Foam mattress (basic) : Classic foam mattress. It is nice and reasonably firm and the foam is soft enough that the mattress feels nice to lie on. However, I would recommend upgrading to any of the other mattresses if you can afford it.
  
  
• Kapok mattress (Good) : Kapok is temperature regulating, hypoallergenic, and organic. We have a regular and a LUX, where the regular is quite firm/hard. The cover is not machine washable.
  
  
• Cold foam mattress (Really good) : Mattress made of HR (high resistant) cold foam and with organic, GOTS certified cover. The advantages of a cold foam mattress are that it is wonderfully soft to lie on and it is hypoallergenic, moisture-absorbent and has good air circulation.

• Coconut mattress with wool (Premium) : Made from nature's best materials. Natural coconut mattress with organic, GOTS certified wool and cotton cover. The mattress is breathable, hypoallergenic and temperature-regulating.
  
  
• LUX Kapok Mattress (Premium): Kapok is temperature-regulating, hypoallergenic and organic. This LUX model has more filling than the regular kapok mattress and therefore has a good firmness without being too hard. The cover is not machine washable.

• Intense AngelWave (Premium): This is Babybay's most exclusive foam mattress, which is temperature-regulating, moisture-absorbing and has high air circulation. It is not organic like the kapok and coconut mattresses, but feels softer as it is made of foam.

Many people also choose to add a mattress topper or a waterproof mattress protector to protect the mattress from moisture and accidents.
