Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns or exchanges, but we do offer fast delivery and a full 365-day return policy.

Packages under 2 kg - from 59 kr

If your package weighs less than 2 kg, it is cheapest to buy a return label directly from GLS via their app and you do not need a printer. Enclose a note with your order number and send the package to:

The item must be securely packaged, returned unused, in original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it.

If the shipping costs more than the shipping you purchased if you use our returns portal, we will deduct the extra shipping from the amount we refund.

It is not possible to drop off return packages at our warehouse in Brøndby, they must be sent back.

NOTE: If the package measures more than 200 x 300 cm or weighs more than 20 kg, you cannot use this return portal. If it weighs more than 20 kg, the package must be divided into two. Please contact info@mycopenhagenkid.com for assistance.

Exchange

We recommend that you place a new order for the desired item - and return the first one. This ensures that the item you want is not sold to another party before the return package is returned to us.
