Did you remember? - Complete list for the hospital bag
Did you remember?
The whole hospital bag thing can feel like a project in itself – when should you pack it, and what should you actually bring?
Some have it ready at the door by week 30 – others throw things in their bag between contractions. And both are perfectly fine. You just have to do what suits you. If being prepared well in advance gives you peace of mind, then go for it. If you feel better taking it as it comes – that's also perfectly okay.
The packing list for you
We have made a small list that you can choose to use if you want, but let me make one thing clear: If you haven't packed everything from the list, it's still probably fine. You can easily give birth to a child without candles, a playlist and 14 varieties of snacks. Pack what makes sense to you. The rest can be brought in by the family (or Wolt) later.
