Absolutely indispensable postpartum kit for vaginal births.

The birth package contains three absolute must-haves from momkind for those of you who have just given birth:

Three pairs of popular postpartum panties
Lanolin ointment
Rinse bottle

The panties

momkind's postpartum panties are super stretchy and seamless and absolutely indispensable for the days immediately after giving birth. See them here.

XS-M: Hip measurement: 75-135 cm
L-XXL: Hip measurement: 115-160 cm

You should base your size on your pre-pregnancy size. If you have gained a lot of weight during your pregnancy, I recommend going up a size.

Lanolin ointment

Lanolin ointment helps soothe irritated skin. It softens the skin and forms a protective layer that both soothes and helps wounds heal. Also down there ...

See it here.

Rinse bottle

The irrigation bottle is used to clean lacerations and wounds after birth. Use it every time you go to the toilet. See it here.

Pack a douche bottle, panties, and ointment in your hospital bag if you're giving birth in the hospital, because all three items are great for right after giving birth.
