In connection with your visit to mycopenhagenkid.com, we continuously process personal data about you. My Copenhagen Kid is the sole data controller for the processing.

We also process information when you make a purchase from us. Our processing is based on the fact that we need to complete an order for you. In order for your order to be completed, we have received information from you including your name, address, email and telephone number.

Consent terms

By signing up for our newsletter, you agree that my copenhagen kid may send you emails containing, among other things, campaigns, news, inspiration, competitions and offers.

Consent also means that we may send auto-generated emails based on interests and behavior on our websites, for example category and product interests. Who is your information forwarded to?

In order to process your order, we will forward your name, address and email address to relevant third parties. In this case, it will be:

MobilePay, NETS, Parcelfeeder, GLS, DAO, PostNord, Bring, Burd, UPS, DHL, Shipmondo, Dinero, IEX and Mailmunch, Mailchimp and Klavio.

Personal information may also be accessed by our auditor during spot checks.

How long do we store personal data about you?

As a general rule, we store personal data for 5 years after a contract has been finally concluded. Within this period, my copenhagen kid may be faced with claims in connection with the performance of the contract.

Processing job applications

In the case of invited applications, we process and store all personal data for as long as the recruitment process is ongoing. After that, we delete the personal data. A recruitment process will typically last 4-6 months, as we do not close a recruitment process before the 3-month trial period has expired. If you inform us to delete your personal data earlier, we will of course comply with this.

Unsolicited applications will be deleted after responding or following the above process if we choose to proceed with the candidate.

Right of access

You have the right to access the information we process about you. To access this information, please send an email to info@mycopenhagenkid.com.

Your rights and access to complain

You have a number of rights under the General Data Protection Regulation in relation to our processing of information about you. If you would like to exercise these rights, please contact us at info@mycopenhagenkid.com.

Right to rectification:
You have the right to have incorrect information about you corrected.

Right to erasure:
In special cases, you have the right to have information about you deleted before the time of our regular and general deletion.

Right to restriction of processing:
In certain cases, you have the right to restrict the processing of your personal data. If you have the right to restrict the processing, we may only process information (except for storage) with your consent or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. This may also apply to protect a person or important public interests.

Right to object
