Which suction power should you choose?

• Light: Perfect for pre- and post-menstrual periods, light bleeding, discharge, and as a backup for a menstrual cup. Absorbs up to 5 ml (equivalent to 1 tampon/pad).

• Moderate: Good for most days with heavier bleeding and mild to moderate incontinence. Absorbs 10-15 ml (equivalent to 2-3 tampons/pads).

• Super and Super Plus: Ideal for very heavy bleeding, night protection, postpartum and moderate incontinence. Absorbs 20-25 ml (equivalent to 4-5 tampons/pads).

How do you use menstrual panties?

For those of us who are a bit new to the subject, I'll just tell you how to use them.

• Wash 1-3 times before first use.
• If there is blood, rinse immediately in cold water until the water runs clear.
• Wash at 30°C with your regular clothes.
• Hang to dry or lay flat, avoid using clamps.
• Do not bleach. Do not iron. Do not tumble dry.
