Big for a (good) reason

In the first few days after giving birth, you can expect to change your pad with every visit to the toilet, but after that the bleeding will subside. Postpartum bleeding and spotting after giving birth can last up to eight weeks.

At first you'll need to use these. They're huge, but you'll probably be able to switch to regular pads and/or menstrual panties after about a week.
